Introduction

Some people say that you must learn a new language because that can increase your ability to memorizing things. Other people say that learning law is the most important thing you must do because it makes you understand civilization and your rights and duties. And the third type of people says you must learn to program because this can affect your brain positively. So, why the third type of people say that? And what is their evidence? This is what we will discuss.

Does Learning Programming Affect Positively In Our Brain?

When you’re learning a new skill, you discover some relationships between some items, correct some false information, or just discover some new patterns. These things will affect the way your brain works. So, the question isn’t “Is learning programming really affects our brain?” But the question is “Is learning programming affect positively In our brain?”

There are a lot of benefits of learning programming and as learning a new language affects your brain positively learning a programming language affects your brain in the same way. So, now I will show you how learning programming affects your mind positively.

Programming Makes You Think Critically

For the user to say anything to their computer it just one click, but For the programmer of the computer to say anything to their computer it needs a lot of steps. Most of these steps are logical steps such as when the user clicks on the file to open, the programmer says to the computer first find this file and second see their format then, search for the program that can open this format and finally, open this file. A lot of practice to these logical steps makes you analyze any information and separate it into small items then find the relationships between them. In other words, practice these steps makes you think critically.

Programming Makes Us See Life From Another Aspect

when we’re learning a new language, we talk about the same thing in different ways. For example, some languages have a lot of words to describe the lions of different ages, and another language has no one word to describe the difference between goals and target. In these languages, the native speaker can’t see the difference between the target and goal or see a lot of differences between the lions. Any programming language has also a lot of different patterns that reshape the way we think. When we see the world in a different shape or from a different aspect, we became more mature.

Learning Programming Makes You More Intelligent

Are really learn programming makes us more intelligent? In fact, learning programming makes us pay attention to details and improve our problem-solving skills. These skills don’t just improve our logical-mathematical intelligence, but it makes people see the person as a smart one.

Programming Helps Us In Our Daily Life

We suffer from a lot of problems because of the speed nature of our life such as we can’t focus on something for a long time or can’t pay attention to small details. After learning to program, these problems become no longer our problems. Because in programming, we should focus on the small details and try to see the big picture. More practice in programming make us pay attention to details and increase our ability to spend a lot of time focusing on something.

Conclusion

We see a lot of benefits of learning programming. For a lot of people, learning programming is not on their priorities list but isn’t learning the language your best friend speaks is very important? In this way, to learn programming is an important thing because you want to spoke the language of your best friends which are your devices such as your phone, your watch, or your laptop.
