Hello Everyone, I am Jayesh. Student Of Computer Science & Engineering Department , R.N.G.Patel Institute Of Technology , Bardoli, Surat.
I am working as a Designer from the last 6 to 7 years. In this period, I used many graphics design software and also many prototyping tools like Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator , Adobe Xd, Adobe In design,CorelDRAW,Fluid Ui, Justinmind ETC. .
There are a lot of apps and tools to help you edit images, retouch, add effects, or create image compositions. While one app can usually fulfill up to three functions. Adobe Photoshop can manage all these tasks.
Photoshop is being used by a wide range of professionals. like photographers, graphic artists, designers and web-developers.
Today , i am going to share some few tips for designers to increase their productivity. Also i’ll share some extensions and plugins for designers and FRONT-END Developers to speed up workflow.
Extensions for Designers and FRONT- END Developers in Photoshop.
Photoshop has its own limitations. which means we have to find other ways around certain problems. .In this section I’m showcasing about some very stunning extensions or plugins for front-end developers to speed up workflow. That can used in Photoshop for decreasing development time and increasing productivity.
Whether your are a Graphics designer UI/UX designer, or a front end developer. These extensions will help you speed up your design process and speed up workflow.

While designing some big poster, brochure,or interface design. we have to work with multiple layer. Renaming of the layers Is very tedious task.
Multiple layers renaming Photoshop plugin. You can select a lot of layers and rename it in single click. Find and Replace. Use simple text find and replace for layer names.

Font Awesome — It is very stunning plugin by Font Awesome.with the use of it you can use Font Awesome icons right inside Adobe Photoshop.

Size Marks — Size Marks is a helpful Photoshop script for web designers and front-end engineers. Script converts rectangular marquee to labeled measurement mark.
Landscape marquee → horizontal mark.
Portrait or square marquee → vertical mark.
Now a days Size Marks is less in use because of smart guides Provided by the Photoshop.

Tips For A More Productive Photoshop Workflow.
- Learn and Use Keyboard Shortcuts
This thing is often fail to notice not only by beginners but by professionals as well. To use Shortcuts are not only a way to show your skills.But they also have an impressive variety of benefits.
If you don’t use shortcuts than you have to reach for the mouth every time you have to do something. So, it is obvious that use of shortcuts makes you more efficient.
It is necessary for those who hardly use a standard mouse. Keyboard shortcuts are a great help there!
People who spent much time with computers have Repetitive Syndrome Injury. When you use shortcuts in your Photoshop, you do not scroll or raise your fingers to tap the mouse. Which decreases the risk of injury.
2.Use Layer Comps
Layer Comps is a best tool for those who have to manage substitute layout also. who need many versions of their file also different states for this one task.
To use the feature, work with your document until you satisfied. set the position of the layers and also set the visibility of the layers.
it is useful when you have to choose form many color themes, you can save all previews and export them with one click.
3. Adjustment Layers and Smart Object
Many times it happens that we start working on file but, as it often turns out. We want to go back to the original, but something goes wrong. Changes can be irreversible if no proper tools used.
Adjustment Layers and Smart Object allow you to make mistakes.
Adjustment Layer is a specific type of layer. that does not have its own content but adjusts the information of the layers that follow it.
You do not apply any changes to the original image.
4. Use Workspaces
Photoshop itself provides three workspaces: Painting, Typography, and Photography.
Workspace allow us to readjust to fulfill different types of tasks.
In the beginning, I mentioned that Photoshop fulfills many different tasks. However, these tasks use various tools. What can be used for editing, turns out to be useless in typography.
