Surface Hub is up and ready to use!

For those who regularly go down to the lower level or Raynor, you may have noticed a very large screen placed on the north wall. That’s the Microsoft Surface Hub! It’s an 84-inch touch screen, loaded with Skype, Whiteboard, and Powerpoint and Office, and Edge. We’re still exploring what other Microsoft apps we can add.

There will be two styluses for people to use to write on the screen. Meanwhile, you can use your fingers, though it only recognizes one finer at a time. We’re hoping that students will use this Hub and the space to work on group projects, practice presentations, and even have fun with the Whiteboard. So go down to the Digital Scholarship Lab and check out the Hub!
