  1. The warm heat rises and fills the enclosed space — with a temperature at 350º, the oven is ready.
  2. The powdery flour, snow-like baking soda, and sparkling crystal salts mix together — with a spoon, combine the three bright whites.
  3. The soft warmed butter melts in a separate little bowl — with an addition of soft brown and white sugars, and sweet scents of vanilla.
  4. The two white eggs crack perfectly over the bowl and the sun colored yolk breaks and falls over the rest — with a spoon to mix the consistency, this completes the first mixture.
  5. The bright whites from the second step sprinkle over the rest- with a beat and a switch, the combination is blended into a warm tan mixture topped with chips of sweet chocolate bliss.
  6. The scoops of dough pile in groupings of 3 along a silver tray — with a protecting mit on hand, the oven beeps once and is ready to bake for 10–15 minutes.
  7. The oven beeping echos three times — with a plate and a chilled glass of cold milk, bon appetit.
