Suspension of bank transfers

As you might have heard, ePayments has been reviewed by the FCA and agreed to temporarily suspend all accounts.

We are also temporarily facing some issues with our banking suppliers due to this situation.

As such, we are temporarily unable to accept bank deposits or process bank withdrawals. We are already working hard with the bank to fix the issue and start processing bank transfers again.

At the moment you can deposit and withdraw crypto and make deposits using Visa cards. Mastercard deposits are available only for the cards issued in the European Union, Mexico and South Africa. We continue to work on expanding the list of countries for Mastercard deposits and restoring an option of adding new bank card templates.

As soon as we have an update we will let you know.
