Introducing New Core Member: Thai Nguyen

Genesys Partners, the team contributing to Dtravel, is welcoming Thai Nguyen, as a Technology Lead. Thai is leading a team that is responsible for launching and evolving Dtravel’s technological capabilities.

Thai is the co-founder and former CTO of vntrip.vn, which he started in 2014 and transformed into Vietnam’s #1 online travel agency. As vntrip.vn’s CTO, Thai led the company’s technical vision, innovation and implementation of technology.

Thai began his career as a Java Software Engineer for FPT Software, then as a Senior Java Software Engineer at Hoatech Vietnam, before launching his first startup, NKB Technology in 2013. For over 14 years, he has worked as a software developer, building and leading technology teams.

Currently, Thai is focused on providing the best digital solutions to individuals looking to share their homes around the world. He is passionate about startups, big data, blockchain, AI, IoT and building scalability and high-performance systems.

Thai is most excited about: Putting his trust in blockchain technology as well as the DAO model. Blockchain is gradually changing the world as we have seen it. Dtravel will be the future model of companies, where the user can build and govern the platform that they use. Genesys has a strong team with many talented people worldwide, and it’s great to be a part of Dtravel and the innovation happening.

Thai’s favorite place to travel is: Mount Roraima, South America.

Thai’s favorite travel memory is: going across Vietnam by motorbike during his honeymoon.
