One of Dubai’s largest developers, Meraas, recently launched its new project La Cote at Port de La Mer in Juemirah 1, Dubai. Inspired but the stunning coastal towns found in the Mediterranean this newly announced project will feature a total of 25 low rise residential buildings. Apartment types will include a range of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom options set around the Marina.

Outside of direct access to the Marina and the huge range of leisure outlets available La Cote residents will also benefit from having easy access to La Mer which is fast becoming one of Dubai’s most family-friendly beaches.

As of November 2018, a total of 3 buildings have been released so far. Considering the speed at which these have sold more releases are expected in the near future.

Project completion date is set for December 2021.
