Dubtokens Token Sale: Contribution Phases and Token Bonuses

We are sharing all the details about the dubtokens token sale in this post. From pre-sale, to the ICO, here’s all the information you will need to purchase IVEP Rights which will be automatically converted into dubtokens (DBN) on the protocol release date (Q2 2018). DBN is a utility token that will be used to power the Interactive Video and Experience Protocol (IVEP). See our Offering Memorandum for further details.

Contribution Phases
The dubtokens sale process is now divided into 2 phases:
- Public Pre-sale: February 19th — March 30th (2018)
- ICO: April 9th — June 10th (2018)
You can join the sale at ico.dubtokens.com at any time during the IVEP Rights Sale period. By joining ico.dubtokens.com, you are confirming that you are eligible to participate in the pre-sale and ICO contribution phases.
This means that you will be able to submit all of the necessary information for the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process to confirm that you meet all legal requirements to participate.
Follow this step by step process to ensure you are ready to participate:
Step 1: Complete the dubtokens whitelist form by entering your first and last name, username, email address, phone number and password. Don’t forget to agree to the Terms of Use.
Step 2: Verify your email address. Check your email inbox and click the link to complete the process.
Step 3: Enter in your estimated contribution amount in $ USD. Actual Contributions may be made using several different currencies such as CAD, LTC, ETH, BTC and BCH. At this step you must confirm that you do not currently reside in China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, New York State or Washington State.
Step 4: Enter your full name, date of birth and address, then select continue.
Step 5: Confirm your Identity by selecting the type of document you will upload. Acceptable documents include Passport, Driver’s License or Identity Card. Capture the required document(s). Next, upload or take a picture of yourself, by placing your face in the circle.
Step 6: Your Know Your Customer (KYC) can take up to 72 hours to be approved. However, if you don’t want to wait, you can still purchase DBN while your application is pending, provided you have no reason to believe that we will reject your application. Your funds will be held in escrow until you application is cleared.
Once you’ve registered and completed your KYC Application, you may be contacted by IVEP’s team to verify and add information. Please be diligent while submitting your information and make sure that the information provided is accurate. Warning: beware of phishing attempts. Public Pre-sale:
The dubtokens public pre-sale process will start on the 19th of February and will run until March 30th. The following currencies will be accepted: USD, CAD, BTC, BCH, LTC, and ETH.
Minimum contribution:
Public pre-sale minimum contribution is $200 USD or equivalent in CAD, BTC, BCH, LTC, or ETH. Please note this amount will be determined at time of transfer based on the applicable exchange rate.
Maximum contribution:
Regular Contributor: $5,000 USD
Qualified Contributor : $15,000 USD
Accredited Contributor: Unlimited
Follow the below steps to make your pre-sale contribution:
Step 1: Login to your account at ico.dubtokens.com
Step 2: On the dubtokens dashboard, select purchase (you will be prompted to confirm your email address if you haven’t done so).
Step 3: Select the currency that you want to use and follow the steps within the dashboard.
Step 4: You will receive an email confirmation of your above commitment from no-reply@ivep.io with your username at the top of that email. To complete your commitment, carefully follow the steps in your inbox. Warning: beware of phishing attempts. Make sure that our emails come either from the @ivep.io or @dubtokens.com domain. If you are not sure, please contact support@dubtokens.com. We recommend that you confirm the information received by email with the information provided to you within your dashboard at ico.dubtokens.com.
All contributions made during the public pre-sale will be will be awarded with the following bonuses:
Public Pre-sale Bonuses
Here is some additional information about the pre-sale bonuses. In addition to the foregoing bonuses, affiliate bonuses of 5% may be granted, subject to applicable law.
ICO
The ICO contribution phase will begin after the pre-sale hard cap has been reached or on April 9th at the latest. It will last up to June 10th (but may close before in accordance with the terms of the Offering Memorandum) or until the hard cap of $30M has been reached. There will be no token bonuses offered during ICO stage 4 and 5, however the referral bonus will still apply.
To participate in the ICO, follow the same steps indicated above for the public pre-sale participation.

Unallocated tokens:
If the ICO hard cap is not reached during the ICO and some tokens reserved for the public sale remain unallocated, such unsold and unallocated tokens will be added back to the token reserve, and may be redistributed in a secondary offering at a later time.
