All registrations for this contest ends on December 19th 2017 at 11:59 pm. The winner of the 25K dubtoken prize will be selected from all Eligible Participants by a random draw on December 21st 2017 at 12 pm EST.

dubdub General Contest Rules
This contest is run by dubdub on behalf of the IVEP Association.
These Contest Rules apply to all contests operated by dubdub Inc. (“dubdub”) or an authorized partner of dubdub (“Authorized Partner”), on-line, including on www.dubdub.com (the “Website”), on its mobile application and where you can enter or participate in a dubdub contest or giveaway via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat or any other third party service (a “Third Party Service”), except where there are specific rules for a particular contest (a “dubdub Contest”).
By entering a dubdub Contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. Details of the prize(s) available to be won, the start and end dates and/or times, and any other information relevant to entering, participating or winning will be identified on the Website, via the mobile application and/or Third Party Service, as applicable, for each dubdub Contest.
Unless otherwise stated for any dubdub Contest no person may use more than one email address to enter the same dubdub Contest.
All participants to a dubdub Contest must reside in a territory and jurisdiction where the participation in such contest is legal. It is the sole responsibility of the participants to ensure compliance of a dubdub Contest with the laws and regulations of their jurisdictions. A dubdub Contest may be limited to a group of participants residing in certain countries, provinces or states only, as further indicated on the dubdub Contest page.
If the contest is open to minors, for any contestant who has not reached the age of majority, parent or guardian consent is necessary to enter a dubdub Contest. Where appropriate, the terms “contestant” and “winner” mean parent or guardian of that person.
To enter for a chance to win a dubdub Contest and find out how to enter and win a prize, follow the instructions given on the Website, via the the mobile application, a Third Party Service or via email.
To enter a dubdub Contest, you may be required to first register on dubdub.com or on its mobile application. You must provide a valid email address registered under your name.
For contests where the winner is selected by a draw, a random draw will be made by a dubdub representative from all qualifying electronic entries made by the contest deadline. Selected contestant(s) will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry (e.g. email address). If a selected contestant cannot be reached or qualified using the information provided at the time of entry within three business days (or such other time as notified on the Website), incorrectly answers the mathematical skill testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return any required release form, the prize shall be forfeited and dubdub has the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner by random draw or runner up based on the contest structure.
To be declared a winner, the selected contestant may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. Potential winners may be required to furnish proof of identification. Winner(s) may also be required to sign a release declaring their eligibility as stipulated in these rules and releasing dubdub Inc., any sponsor or prize donor, including an Authorized Partner, and their directors, officers and employees (the “Contest Parties”) from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in the contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
Prizes shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an amount of money, sold or transferred. No substitutions will be allowed. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited.
If the prize cannot be awarded as described in these rules, dubdub reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value, as determined in its sole discretion.
Refusal to accept the prize releases the Contest Parties from any obligation toward the winner. If a contestant makes any false statement, he or she will be automatically disqualified from the Contest.
Winners agree that dubdub may use their name, image and/or voice and their dubdub video(s) for advertising purposes related to a dubdub Contest without any compensation whatsoever. Each Participant to a dubdub Contest authorizes dubdub and its authorized agents, including Authorized Partners, to communicate with him or her through email. Said authorization may be changed after the end of a dubdub Contest.
The Contest Parties assume no liability for any loss, damage or injury, including without limitation: (i) lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late, destroyed, illegible or incomplete entries; (ii) loss, theft or damage to software or computer or telephone data, including any breach of privacy; (iii) fraudulent calls; (iv) inability of any person to participate in a Contest for any reason including mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail; technical, computer or telephone malfunctions or other problems with computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software; congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination of the foregoing; (v) damage to any person’s computer, including as a result of playing or downloading any material relating to a Contest; (vi) any delay or inability to act resulting from an event or situation beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or other labour dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to administer a dubdub Contest; (vii) any injury, damage or loss arising from participation in a dubdub Contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of any prize, or (viii) prizes that are lost, damaged or misdirected during shipping.
dubdub reserves the right to cancel or suspend a dubdub Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of a dubdub Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of a dubdub Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, dubdub reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All personal information, such as name and contact information, required to enter a dubdub Contest is collected by dubdub and/or its Authorized Partner(s) solely for the purposes of administering such dubdub Contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your express consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used for the stated purposes. Please see dubdub’s privacy policy. Where a dubdub Contest can be entered via a Third Party Service, you understand that any personal information you share with such Third Party Service may also be used on that Third Party Service and as set out in that Third Party Service’s own privacy policy.
dubdub Contests are not sponsored, endorsed by or administered by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat or any other Third Party Service but may be sponsored or endorsed by a sponsor or user of dubdub, including an Authorized Partner. By entering any dubdub Contest, all contestants release all Third Party Services and Authorized Partners from any liability in connection with such dubdub Contest.
If the identity of a contestant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the contestant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected contestant may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in a dubdub Contest will be the Contest server.
dubdub reserves the right to amend the Contest Rules or to terminate any dubdub Contest at any time without any liability to any contestant. The decisions of dubdub with respect to any dispute or issue involving a dubdub Contest are final and binding on all contestants. In the Province of Québec only, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
