Now Ducalis.io can be built into your product and notify users what exactly you have done for them.

One of the problems of developing digital products is to convey to customers what exactly is new.

Every company is working on a bunch of features, sending out emails about each new feature, describing dozens of bug fixes… that almost no one reads.

We even experienced this ourselves: loyal customers who asked for a feature were unaware that it already appeared in the product. Unfortunately, release notes read only a few.

We’ve just rolled out a widget with a change log for embedding in your product to fix that. The purpose of this is to generate personal changelogs for each of the users. And personally notify about the most awaited features.

Inside, there is a convenient identification system for your users, so they do not have to log in to Ducalis for feedback.

Now Ducalis.io can help you collect user requests, prioritize, evaluate the complexity and importance of development, release features and ensure that users are aware of them.

Let me remind you that all the basic functionality of the Voting Boards is free, including the widget. Install it to notify users.
