[Notice] DUCATO Announcement : Token Swap Completion Status and Participant Compensation Policy Implementation Guide

From December 27, 2021 (Mon) to February 15, 2022 (Tue), DUCATO has completed the payment of “New ducato” to holders who have received swap and completed the verification process. We will inform you of the status of the swap completion.

In addition, we would like to implement the compensation policy below to all holders who completed the swap within the period. DUCATO will do its best to accompany investors and increase the value of the project. Thank you for participating in the token swap.

Swap Completion Status

• Swap Ceriod: December 27, 2021 (Mon) ~ February 15, 2022 (Tue)
• Swap Completion Quantity : 3,091,590.8718ducato (including Tx fee)
• Swap completion rate: 57.8% of 5,345,000 ducato (“old ducato” quantity including accident quantity)

※ This information is not the final quantity of “New Ducato”, and the quantity may change if additional verification is completed for KYC incomplete applications, errors in reception, and proof of ownership.

Swap Participant Compensation Policy Implementation Guide

• Reward target : All holders who completed token swap by February 15, 2022 (Tuesday)
• Compensation method : 20% of the swap completion amount is additionally sent
• Send method : By March 15, 2022 (Tuesday), the reward amount will be sent sequentially to each holder’s wallet to which “New Ducato” has been sent.
