You haven’t heard much from us for some time, but that doesn’t mean we are not working as hard as we were.
We were in a tough process of creation the magnificent mobile cold wallet that works fully off-line — ColdCrypto and it is ready and deployed. You can already manage your Ethereum and EOS through the iOS app which could be easily installed right from the AppStore.
C’mon and get it right here: ColdCrypto app. You can already find the first reviews on Twitter and if you have any questions feel free to ask them in our cozy Telegram chat with 24/7 support along with our CEO and CTO ready to answer :)
And now it is a perfect time to sum everything up. What have we accomplished throughout the company operation?
Hackathons
The initial ideas and concepts of the most of the present products have been generated during different hackathons (software development competition) in which team has been actively participating since the beginning of the activity of the company. Here is the list of the events:
BinaryDistrict UnBlock
Created product: BitMask
Description: Chrome browser extension wallet (Metamask-like) for the Bitcoin blockchain which allows storing and transferring BTC as well as exploring the blockchain itself.
Related: project repository
Imaguru Blockchainthon
Created product: Trustless Betting
Description: A betting application based on smart contracts involving no trust to the betting initiator. The betting subject is the price of a digital asset (Bitcoin in this case). The backbone of the application is solving one of the most crucial problems of the decentralized application sphere — no native way to input real-world data into the smart contracts. The technology is called Oracles and is placed beneath most of the Ducatur products.

Apla Blockchain Hackathon
Created products:
- Apla Wallet
- Patent licensing
Description:
- Chrome Browser Extension wallet for the Apla blockchain
- Since Apla is a private government blockchain, patent licensing is a logical use case for the platform. We have discussed it with representatives of the Russian Federation government and created a basic application for this purpose.

EOS Hackathon Hong Kong
Created product: L2 Exchange
Description: Trustless digital asset exchange which is extremely fast (thanks to FPGA tech). It supports cross-chain interoperability which means that assets from different blockchains are available to trade. Description of other features can be found here
Related:
ETHIndia
Created product: Trustless Fund
Description: A smart contract based fund based on ERC-721 and Plasma Cash technology which can gather different tokens in one contract (represented by non-fungible token). Powered by Oracles connected to the exchange to ensure the trustless state. There is space for automated trading implementation.

Serial Hacking
Created products:
- Zero-click MicroPayments
- Geo-fenced beacon payments
Description:
- Chrome Extension for automated payments on the web using cryptocurrency and crypto-fiat bridges with transparent one-time debit cards provided by a third party
- QR-code based secure payment for offline shops with digital assets.

Products
As it has been described “software drafts” from the set of the hackathons have formed a basis of the products the company is developing at the moment. The list contains purely practical products for consumer use as well as different technologies that are used as a backbone for our practical products and can be used as a separate development framework.
Oracles for ETH and EOS
The first fundamental product created was a set of data transmitters (oracles) for Ethereum and EOSio smart contracts which transfer randomly-generated data and cryptocurrency prices data (from over 10 exchanges with different ways to collect it)
In order to simplify the process of code construction for the end user, we have created a web interface that creates contract templates by the user requirements. The tool was one of the first to present oracles for the EOS. The web interface is a feature that generates usability which is much needed for the global adoption process.
Trustless Betting
It is a fully designed and working betting platform that allows users to make a bet on what the price of the digital asset (BTC here) will be at a certain date. This can be performed with any kind of betting subject.
Data is gathered by the smart contract from various exchanges. Smart contracts acquire data through the oracles.
This was more of a test of the Oracle technology which worked out fine. The project is now frozen due to much more important products in development. The back-end is ready to deploy.
Interoperability/Multichain
The scalability problem over the whole blockchain sphere can be partly solved by connecting different blockchains and creating interoperable applications.
There are two output products here:
- Ducatur Exchange Infrastructure which is basically a cross-chain engine capable of connecting different platforms (BTC, ETH, EOS, Cardano, Qtum and much more). The connection can result in cross-chain tokens, connected cross-chain smart contracts and interoperability of the chain additives such as side-chains or off-chain transaction processing algorithms (or example a contract ETH can track what happens on the EOS blockchain and react to certain events). The project can also act as an explorer.
- DUC Multichain Token — first token across Ethereum, EOSio and NEO in the blockchain sphere released in such style. The pure connectivity is reached with Oracles. The token is issued at the same time on all of these blockchains and can be transferred through the create/burn mechanism from one blockchain to another (the total supply of tokens on all blockchains does not change).
ColdCrypto
With our experience of creating different kinds of wallets as it can be seen throughout the hackathon history, we have decided to find a golden mean of crypto storage. The product created is a cold (offline) digital asset storage in the form of a simple smartphone application instead of expensive and inconvenient hardware wallets (Ledger nano, Trezor, etc) or insecure paper or online wallets.
The solution is split into parts: web and mobile. The mobile part is acting as a key storage and signature provider while working fully offline. The transaction is generated and pushed to the blockchain by web version and sent to mobile version via secure P2P (WebRTC-based) protocol. For more usability, the connection is generated with QR-codes.
Moreover, ColdCrypto can act as a protocol for parties to implement the QR-code based offline payment (shop for example).
MultiMask
This is an opensource side project maintained by Ducatur.
Multimask is a cross-chain wallet with supporting interaction with the functions of the smart contracts in several networks.
The list of features also includes:
- Interaction with Multichain Coins and decentralized applications
- Enhanced payment solution for business through stable coins with adding virtual credit cards in perspective

Ducatur Court
Time and money expenses of the litigation process can be highly reduced by the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) framework by Ducatur.
Ducatur ODR contains agreement creation and dispute resolution interfaces. Agreements are created from templates and could be in a smart contract form or classic contract can be digitalized.
Parties choose the legislation and the arbitrators from real arbitration courts. Such decisions can be legally enforced due to the http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/arbitration/ny-convention/text.html.
Legality is ensured by connection to a real arbitration court through the smart contract oracles.

Digital identity
The blockchain is a great solution for a private identity solution which can ensure the stability and flexibility of the social interactions. Personal data is stored either on the smart contract or on the user’s device. The data can be accessible by allowed parties.
The key feature of this product is the homomorphic encryption which allows verifying the encrypted identity of the user without decrypting it. Such an approach can guarantee high privacy without causing social or crime-related problems. Blockchain acts as a secure immutable storage so it can be easily accessible by both sides and not falsifiable.
Conclusion
The product ecosystem creates a synergy of different technologies to fulfill a huge demand in the process automation and modernization in different spheres of our society.
We intend to upgrade the process of any interaction between any party. Blockchain and related technology can effectively solve the uprising problems in our opinion.
