Goal-setting and habit-tracking have never been easier because just about everything can be done from your phone. If you’re like us, and you’ve set New Years goals instead of resolutions, here are 5 habit apps to help you live your best life in 2018:

1. WeDo

WeDo was just featured in both Forbes and The Verge as your second brain. WeDo is great because you can use it to remember everything: homework, bills, work, schedules… and of course, for the first time, your habits are built right into your planner.

The first thing you’ll notice about WeDo is it’s playful interactions, minimal yet colorful aesthetics, and instantly familiar UI. WeDo is fun with themes and emojis, versatile in use cases, and practical in functionality. It is also the first app to incorporate habits and allow time estimates on tasks right in your planner.

Don’t take our word for it, Forbes says, “it operates flawlessly,” and as The Verge says it offers “every important feature is free.” That’s right, you can create tasks, habits, events, subtasks, reminders, due dates, shared lists, attachments, notes, filters, and more completely free. My favorite feature is its optional daily motivational quote to keep you organized and inspired.

Keep track of your morning routine, daily/weekly/monthly habits, add assignments, create a grocery lists, and assign chores to your roommates all in one place! WeDo’s mission is to create and promote stress-free living for everyone. I think that’s something we can all get behind.

WeDo is a must-have for forgetting less and staying motivated. Download WeDo for iOS, Android, Mac or use it on the Web.

If you have the iOS Health app, certain goals are automatically tracked (like walking 5,000 steps). For tasks that aren’t everyday, for example going to the gym 4x a week, you can set specific days for those streaks. Streaks is a great first habit app for people who are just beginning their goal-setting/ habit-tracking journey.
