Duelist King Sell Out — 50,000 NFT Mystery Boxes Sold In Under 45 minutes
Duelist King, a first-of-its-kind Win2Earn NFT card game, sold 50,000 NFT mystery boxes in less than 45 minutes on the first of five sale dates.
The Duelist King NFTs went on sale today at 12:00 PM UTC in what turned out to be a lightning-quick sell-out. Each box was valued at $5 and each buyer had a fair chance to land the rare cards. There are six levels of rarity available for Duelist King NFTs which range from common to legendary. Common cards will appear in every 1/2 mystery boxes, while legendary cards will only appear in 1/2000 mystery boxes.
Overall, Duelist King is selling 25 generations of NFT collectible cards through a mystery box mechanic that will be capped at 1 million boxes, each containing 5 cards. The first 50,000 boxes are now sold out with the remaining boxes set to go on sale soon across four additional sale dates (TBC). The top 50 buyers and the first to receive a legendary card from today’s sale will be invited to participate in the IDO that’s taking place on the 15th of October.
Duelist King follows a Gwent style of play where each player has a deck of 22 cards of which they draw 10 before each match that contains three rounds.
