Globe Trotting with Duelist King: Making our Mark on the World
Here at Duelist King, we are trendsetters, and we are also globe trotters. We have been traveling the globe for the last couple of months to network and attend the latest and greatest NFT, blockchain, and crypto-focused conferences. This insightful blog will highlight what we’ve been up to and how we have made our mark internationally.
Starting our travels, Duelist King attended the newly founded Non-Fungible Conference in Lisbon, Portugal. At the conference, we chatted with like-minded NFT folks about the future of NFT, crypto, and the metaverse. We sat down with partners such as Cometh.io to strengthen our ties.
Carrying on this trend, our CMO Nicole Nguyen traveled Asia at the start of May, attending conferences closer to home in Vietnam, such as the Cutting Edge Games conference and the Meta Ventures crypto conference in Thailand Phuket. Nicole spoke at the event, talking about the future of cryptocurrency and current trends.
Later in the month, the entire Duelist King team met in Vietnam for a team event involving activities, dinners, and good old socializing. Over fifty team members met in Vietnam from over four different countries. It was truly a remarkable event and was just a little better than meeting over google meet… we are joking, of course.
In June we traveled to Singapore for the country’s annual blockchain festival. Alongside networking and attending panels, we hosted meet-ups and bar hopping events with hundreds from the blockchain community gathering to partake in the event. We connected with like-minded blockchain folk and spread the word about Duelist King.
Similarly, we held a crypto meet-up in Hanoi in partnership with Ludena protocol and APAC DAO. sponsored by Satom Venture Studio, which also saw huge attendance.
Finally, we rounded off June with an exciting trip to the big apple, to attend NFT NYC. The event was huge, with over 15,000 attendees and thousands of speakers. We attended the event to learn new trends and catch up with key partners such as Venly, in our mission to strengthen our partnerships.
Attending these international conferences is vital in order to pick up on trends and understand the future of the blockchain space.
