Dummy Designers is a group of Design Thinkers who are here to share their problem solving success and failure stories.
Hello there! We are glad you came to read about us. We are a bunch of Design Thinkers based out of NCR India, who usually work on monotonous and rigorous business problems, where we have to abide by rules (most of the time). Hence, we have created this space to let out our creative energy and hopefully create well thought solutions to random problem statements.
We wish to create better User Experience by following User-Centric Design approach. For that, we are good mix of creativity and technical knowledge.
Abha Pandey
She comes from a Computer Science Engineering background. She worked as a Software Engineer for 4 years where she wore multiple hats as a Web Developer, Big Data Developer, and Business Analyst. She found herself interested in problem solving, and stumbled into UX Design. She took the self-learning path and then an executive course in HCI for UXD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology-CSAIL. She is here to crack some jokes, and solve some problems. She is all out of jokes right now.
She will be handling the product management, felicitating the brainstorming sessions, and managing social media profiles. She will be the UX Lead for this team.

Sovan Suman Dhal
Sovan is UX and UI designer, avid gamer, animal lover, who did his B.tech in Industrial Design (and Counter Strike and Dota ) from NIT Rourkela. He has been working on Enterprise UX for almost 4 years as a designer. He is preacher of veganism and wants to be an organic farmer in future. Since he cannot think anymore to write about himself here goes, “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. He is a seasoned UX designer, and will be leading the UX for Dummy Designers.
Ankur Raj
Ankur believes that the main reason for his existence is to create happiness through colors and design in this world filled, for people holding a rectangular scary thing in their hands, staring at it day and night like zombies.
He is an Industrial Designer turned Visual Artists and Interaction Designer combating with himself on geopolitical issues such as color pallet and font selection to make this world a better place. Its a tiring job sometimes but that is where his Black belt (M.Des) and training from his Shaolin Temple ( IIIT-DM Jabalpur) helps him.
He is the one who brings debating ideas to the table and take discussions to next level.
Debabrata Patra
Debabrata (Debo) is a UI/UX designer. He is an Industrial Design graduate from NIT Rourkela. In his free time he loves to watch TV series , and play computer games. He believes that minimal is the new complexity, and always strives to make everything look minimal and feel awesome. He is always open to learn something new, and that is why he is part of Dummy Designers. He brings the knowledge of Brand identity with him.

Naveen Patchala
Naveen is a UX Designer working with a B2B companies in India. He holds B.Tech in Industrial Design from NIT Rourkela. He is interested in design, Photography, and Cricket. He compliments Ankur in bringing debatable ideas to the table and herding us all out our comfort zone towards better discussion. He also brings UX Research experience with him.
Vamsi Sanku
Vamsi says, “A profound passion for creativity brought me to the design field.”
He is an AIumni of Industrial design from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. His core focus is to combine efficiency and effectiveness in digital products using user centric design process. He loves everything that has to do with visual & product design. Logos, Branding, and Typography are his forte. He believes collaboration is the key to learning, sharing and thus he is open to meet and greet people. His mantra is that continuous learning can be achieved by observing and learning from one’s surroundings.
So this is a bit about all of us at Dummy Designers.
