Social Distancing
Given the current situation, Social Distancing is an encouraged practice and can help mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus. If you would like a No Contact Delivery, you can ask your delivery Partner to leave your order at your doorstep, using the in-app partner chat option or by calling your delivery Partner directly. Partners are currently being informed and trained on various precautionary measures like no contact deliveries to be able to serve you better.
Ensuring Safety of Delivery Partners
Your delivery Partners are the city’s greatest strength who keep our neighbourhoods moving every day. While at Dunzo we are providing supplies, support, and training on how to keep them and their families safe, in these times your consideration and respect make a big difference to their well-being and safety.
Driving Merchant Health & Safety
Our Merchants are doing their bit to keep our cities safe by conducting frequent health and sanitation checks at their stores. Due to the heavy demand for certain items, there may be a scarcity of a few items. Please be patient with us while we work closely with our merchants and distributors to get these items back in stock at the earliest.
