E-Governance — is the reform going on or hanging?

On Wednesday, the 5th of June, I took part in the discussion on the topic of e-government implementation in Ukraine.
This event was organized by Internews Ukraine within the youth program “Responsible Leadership”.
More than 30 participants in the studio and about a hundred online had an opportunity to get answers on such deliberative topics as citizens data protection, Estonian experience in achieving a digital society and Ukrainian way to e-government establishment.
