Introduction

Greetings EARNFT Community! We’re excited to bring you some updates for Q3. This post outlines some of the progress our team has made in Q3 and provides key updates on our points of focus as we kick-off Q4 and 2023. We hope you enjoy them!

$CRNC Migration & Exchange Listing

We are making exciting progress with our partners and continuing to have productive conversations with potential exchanges. After negotiations with listing partners are complete and the official exchange partnership has been announced, additional details around the migration will be provided. We expect to have more information concerning these topics by the end of the year.

For some additional context, it’s important to note that once the migration occurs there will be a period of time when the token is locked and no longer transferable. In order to give existing $CRNC holders the most flexibility to trade tokens via OTC, we believe it prudent to perform the migration as close to the exchange listing as possible.

Focus Q4 2022 and 2023

Over the past few months, we’ve had the opportunity to work closely with our partners and advisors to plan out not only the EARNFT NETWORK launch, but to define the focus for the years to come. These are some of our achievements so far:

• EARNFT Mystery Boxes have been rolled out to 100% of users on the Mode Earn App — with more than 12 million Mystery Boxes earned on the platform so far. Each Mystery Box comes with a surprise number of $EARNFT Tokens (up to 100,000 $EARNFT), along with 100 entries into Mode’s recurring $300,000 Cashpool Sweepstakes.
• The first two giveaways of the Mode Earn App Sweepstakes have concluded — be sure to check out this surprise interview with one of the Grand Prize winners.
• The launch of a new Onboarding Guided Tour has led to more than a 10% increase in the average revenue per active user in the United States.
• We have doubled engagement with games over the last 3 months, and we expect this to keep increasing through our focus on upleveling the Mode Earn App play-to-earn gaming experience.

In addition, we have identified another growing trend among top companies in the space. We have been closely watching their moves, and we are confident enough to say that there is huge interest in developing a better Mobile Smartphone environment for Web3 dApps. This is beyond exciting for us, given our unique background with the creation and successful launch of the Mode Phone.

While we are excited about the development of Mobile Web3, companies seem to focus on expensive products, limiting access to high-income users:

• Solana Labs launched SAGA and Solana Mobile Stack.
• HTC launched the Desire 22 Pro.
• Nothing launched Community Dots, an exclusive NFT Collection, as well as rising rumors over a Web3 phone.

Our focus has always been on budget-conscious users. By democratizing access to smartphones, we will give these users the opportunity to join a budding ecosystem.

Mode Mobile has provided a service to millions of users through the Mode Earn App, and the Mode Earn Phone, our experience in the mobile space provides a unique opportunity for EARNFT NETWORK to build strong relationships with major players in the Mobile Web3 space.

As of today:

• The Mode Phone is being sold by top US retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Sam’s Club and Best Buy.
• Deals are being discussed with three of the top US Carriers.
• A brand new subscription model has been successfully launched, showing great interest in innovative access to smart phones.

By aligning Mode Mobile’s mission to create the first smartphone that pays for itself, with our suite of web3 products, we were able to identify an interesting gap in the market. In the coming months we will offer services to OEMs and an expanding niche of lower income users. We believe there is a significant opportunity to capture a massive audience of Web3 smartphone users and become an industry leader by leveraging our experience in the Mobile space. EARNFT NETWORK is uniquely positioned to provide value to a budding ecosystem by providing “Play to Earn” infrastructure for carriers & phone manufacturers (OEMs) .

The EARNFT Mystery Box Dashboard is the first product to be launched by EARNFT NETWORK, it will provide a clean and user-friendly experience for users, as well as seamless on-chain integration. The first implementation of the EARNFT Dashboard will be for users of the Mode Earn App & Phone, as well as our Discord server. With the help of the Mode Mobile engineering team, we are hard testing the best way to implement Mystery Boxes into other platforms & exploring avenues such as OEM partnerships. Our goal is to create a product that can be easily implemented by any team, and removes any potential friction.

EARNFT Mystery Box Dashboard

The time has come to talk about the progress we’ve made regarding Mystery Boxes in both the Mode Earn App and the Mode Earn Phone. As a quick recap, Mystery Boxes are a new class of reward assets, fully customizable, powered by $EARNFT and specifically optimized for platforms and mobile companies looking to introduce gamified rewards to its users. We are happy to say that the totality of the Mode Earn App and Phone user base has now access to Mystery Boxes and $EARNFT… That’s +35 million users around the world.

Simultaneously to the launch of the Mode Earn Ecosystem, we have been building the EARNFT Mystery Box Dashboard, which will allow users to control their Mystery Box assets through a simple and intuitive interface. The dashboard will allow users from any device to access and manage the Mystery Boxes they’ve earned, whether through the Mode Earn Ecosystem, or one of our partner platforms — making the integration clean and simple for any platform.

We have some exciting news surrounding the development of the dashboard, once launched, Mystery Boxes are going to become NFTs that live on-chain. This means that EARNFT Network will have one of the largest NFT Collections ever.

Once a user receives a Mystery Box, redeeming their rewards is a breeze:

1. Access the EARNFT Mystery Box Dashboard
2. Creates an account or logs In — a web3 address will be created behind the scenes.
3. Enter the code provided by the platform and reveal the Mystery Boxes.

Users will be able to:

• Check and manage their Mystery Boxes balance.
• Check and manage their $EARNFT balance.
• Access their Private Keys.

Once the dashboard is complete, we will have seamless connection between any platform or mobile company who implements EARNFT Mystery Boxes (including our very own Mode Earn App), making rewarding millions of users as simple as a few clicks.
