Ready to Harvest, Soup & Salad Time!

This is just a short photo blog to show what’s ready to harvest in John’s plot today.

Mizuna looks great! Mizuna is a mild Japanese mustard.

We have some baby dill greens; to me, this is the best time to harvest.

Red salad bowl is a nice tender variety of lettuce. These are just about ready.

We have some pak choy that has bolted; should have harvested it 2 days ago!

Our dwarf bok choy is starting to bolt so the race is on to harvest it!

Today’s harvest bowl is a mix of radish, lettuce, arugula, pak choy, bok choy, spinach, dill, and mizuna. Three people shared this harvest today.
