This is to inform all users that EasyFi Network has launched its own support portal to address user queries and grievances related to the EZ tokenswap.

As indicated in our previous announcement regarding EASY token hard fork and token swaps, EasyFi has since completed the EASY token hardfork last week. We subsequently initiated the EASY V2 ($EZ) tokenswaps to all eligible wallets on-chain (as per chain snapshots), as well as transferred new EZ tokens to exchanges which supported our hard-fork.

We have been constantly interacting with all exchanges since the beginning to provide us with the requisite user data to be able to arrive at the right decision for tokenswaps for users of corresponding exchanges. Despite waiting for quite some time with a request for clarity, we have not received relevant and adequate responses from ProBit, HitBTC and HotBit.

We would also like to reiterate at this point that as a project, we are completely seized of the matter. In the best interest of our community / users, we have decided to take this in our own hands and have hence created a data collection form that will enable us to solve each user issue in an amicable and swift manner. EasyFi Ticket System, which is aimed to solve all queries regarding balance reconciliation.

Please visit https://easyfi.network/support to initiate your query. Follow the under mentioned guidelines to ensure you have the right option for your problem.

Categorization

The following screenshots from the portal will help you identify the exact issue faced by you and select the right options, which will expedite the resolution of your issue.

There are 4 options that are applicable for 3 different networks viz. Ethereum, Polygon & Binance Smart Chain.

Option 1. Purchased on a DEX after the snapshot

Users who claimed to have purchased EASY tokens after the designated snapshot on DEXs/AMMs on the 3 chains should use this option and enter all requisite information as requested.

Hence Users from Uniswap, Quickswap, Pancakeswap and the similar platforms can put their queries using this option. You can add more than one purchase information here and from multiple DEXs

Option 2: Had EASY tokens in the wallet at the time of snapshot, but did not get swapped tokens

This is meant for users who claim that they had EASY tokens in their on-chain wallets at the time of the snapshot, however, they have not received the new EASY V2 i.e. EZ tokens at all.

Option 3: Purchased on Centralized Exchange but did not get swapped tokens

This option will primarily enable users from ProBit, HitBTC and HotBit to raise their queries that we can look into swiftly.

Please note that the following details are mandatory for successful submission of ticket:

  • Trade Ledger
  • Snapshot of user’s wallet balance
  • Snapshot of trades (Displaying trade id’s)
  • Registered email id (Used for account creation in respective exchange)

The user can enter multiple details by clicking on the “+” sign on the right.

Above information is being collected for verification purposes only, users may choose NOT to provide requisite information. All claims received without above information will be treated as invalid for the claim process.

Option 4: Provided Liquidity on DEX

EASY Liquidity providers on DEXs (such as Pancakeswap, Uniswap and Quickswap) on the all three networks can use this option to get a query solved.

All information needed here is mandatory for successful submission of ticket.

If there is any other reason not foreseen here, users can raise a ticket here:

We look forward to resolving all your queries swiftly and in the best possible manner.
