The Positive Mind: How to let the positivity inspire you.

In recent days, I have experienced lots of bad things. Usually, I don’t talk much but due to some depressed moments I ended up telling all the bad that happened to a friend. Result was he left, and we don’t talk anymore. I lost a friend because of my stupidness.

It happens to me a lot when I have loads of negative happening in my life, I let it out without knowing that if the person standing wants to listen or not. It is a bad habit and now I have a way to deal with it.

Also have the key for a positive way to approach your life.

  1. Life is full of ups and down, positives and negative. That is what adds meaning to life. So, no matter how much you try to be positive, there is always something negative going to happen.

what we can do is to not change our perspective and see the good in negative.

‘A man who finds solutions in faults is praised and becomes successful.'

2. As a human being we get distracted by bad things easily even though there is a voice coming from inside that ‘this is not good' and a feeling shaking our hands while we do something bad. That is our conscience.

Learn to understand your inner voice. Normally it will help you a lot in distinguishing in good and bad.

3. Our mind is made for survival and beyond that we are on our own. That is why a good education is necessary to make decisions right. Educate yourself wisely and know no education system can do it but you. Education systems these days are not up to the mark but knowledges and experience that books provide are all true. Choose your perspective and read those books you want. Feed your mind the best you can so that when the time comes you can take decisions without hesitations.

4. Don’t tell anything personal to just to anyone. It is better not to tell everything to everyone. We live in a two-face world, corrupted and pessimistic where everyone wants you to do better but not better than them. You will not know when yours truly changed your side just because you are not agreed to what they think.

5. Let the bad thinking come and go while you embrace the positive one. It is actually nothing if you don’t act on it. Just laugh on it and get to the real positive work.

6. You can’t keep a distance from negative people in real life. You see human life is dependent on many factors and you are going to need everyone in your life at some point. Beside that not everything in a person is bad. May be a harsh talking person has the good leading skills and is punctual. You must learn to take the good out of them and reject the bad.

7.Fear no one. Most of our time we know what is right to do but we fear about some society or some person we love who will oppose the idea and will hate you for that. In those situations, you choose the negative options. Hear me out, it will keep you bugging your rest of life and will cause more destruction. If you or whoever done something bad accept it and the fate. so that you do not have to worry about it rest of the life. It will keep you closer to positivity.

8. Keep a diary and journal everyday of yours. It is as helpful as meditation is. Keep a record about all the good things and lessons learnt. Record everything and learn from positive happening and also take lessons from the things that went bad so that you don’t have to face the same crisis twice.

9. Keep yourself engaged. The activity you are good in, can be improvised even more if you give more time and practice to it. By doing so you will be thinking more about the thing you are improving on and less about the odd things that can make you useless if given pass to your mind and reaction.

10. Make your spiritual side active and respect the nature. Everything has its own beauty. Learn to see the beauty, the God in everything and self. Keep your morals high, discipline and give more time to exercise, meditate.

Accept the bad of yours, you cannot kill it, but you can change its nature i am sure. I call it accept and change method. If there is bad, then there is good, and both can be changed from one form to another by the law of conservation of energy but can’t be destroyed.
