My Mission — Easy Ass Food

Hi All,

Welcome! I’m Susan, an accountant (like Ben Affleck). I love homemade meals, but despise mediocre recipes that take a hundred hours and an unrealistic amount of patience.

First, I’m not very patient (I blame my impatient Chinese mother for this).

Second, work takes up a lot of my time. When I get home from a long day of working with complex excel formulas, I don’t want to deal with the bullshit of cooking a meal.

This blog/website is a way for me to share my recipes with everyone. Easy, simple recipes that don’t take a lot of time — but are most importantly, frickin’ delish.

I’ll be posting one recipe per week. Feel free to request any recipes you’ve seen on my Instagram that I may have forgotten!
