EASY Token Liquidity Incentive Program
When we launched our $EASY token with our first real-utility project EasyBackup, we allocated 40% of the initial supply for liquidity providers for a year. That initial farm came to an end on March 7th and as $EASY is the main token of our current and future projects we want to increase its liquidity for the benefit of the community.
For this reason, we are allocating half of our team tokens (1,000,000 $EASY) for a new liquidity incentive program that will start this Monday, April 8th.
Farm Details
We are allocating 1,000,000 $EASY from our team wallet to be distributed over the next 3 months. The emission rate will be the same as our initial allocation, approximately 11,000 tokens per day. There will be three pools with respective weights:
- EASY-USDC.e: 45%
- EASY-FTM: 45%
- EASY-xEASY: 10%
The farm will go live on Easy Backup website on April 8th and will run for the next 90 days. We will publish a detailed instruction on how to migrate to new farms the same day but be sure to join our Discord to ask your questions and get informed when the farm goes live.
We decided to go with the Equalizer Exchange for the liquidity platform as they are the leading exchange on Fantom with ve(3,3) mechanism.
There will be a 3% deposit fee on the farm to discourage withdrawals in a short period of time. (This percentage can be decreased or increased in the future if the community decides with a governance vote.) This will also contribute to our next plan for increasing our liquidity, see the section below.
What is Next?
After this incentive program starts and our liquidity starts increasing we will try to get listed on Equalizer for gauge creation and incentivize our pools with constant EQUAL votes. The deposit fees collected on this farm will also be converted to EQUAL and we will start farming the high APR LP pairs to increase our EQUAL position meanwhile to have more votes when we get listed.
