Setup E-mail campaigns and follow ups in Easyleadz

EasyLeadz has integrated email follow up tool that you can use directly from chrome extension and send emails from your connected email id to your target decision makers.

Connect your Gmail Account

In order to send emails from your own professional email first step is to connect your Gmail for work id and authenticate it.

You can do this by going to your profile and clicking on Connect with google or if you click on Campaign section from left sidebar you will also be taken to profile page.

Once your account is connected you will be prompted to save your name and signatures for your account. This signature can be inserted while creating your email templates.

You can always edit your name and signatures by clicking on edit button.

You can also disconnect this account and connect another account by simply clicking on disconnect.

Create Campaign & Sequences

Go to campaign section and click on Create campaign.

Name your campaign

Give your campaign a reference name that helps you remember it later.

Lets keep it Easyleadz test for this article explanation.

Create first email sequence

Next step is to add your email templates and create multiple sequences.

Sequences work in order. If you add any target prospect to campaign then the first email will sent to them instantly (day zero).

If your target person do not reply you back on this email then the system will trigger second mail i.e follow up mail to them automatically.

You can simply select after how many days you want to send the first follow up mail.

Once you select you create your first email you will be shown popup like below. Add your subject line, email body, customise your email by adding personalisation attributes.

Chose today because the first email will be sent as and when you add/push anyone to the campaign.

Create first follow up mail

Once your first email is created you can a second mail i.e your first follow up email.

This email will be sent to those people who have not replied you on your first email.

You can chose after how many days you want this email to be sent out i.e 2 days after your first email or 4 days after your first email.

Once your email templates are setup click on Next to add first test person.

Add people

Once you click on add people button on the next screen you will have two options i.e add people from a list or add manually.

For now simply select add manually and add a person as a test to this.

Don’t forget to add all those fields that are used in your personalisation like company name, job title etc.

Preview & launch

Click next to preview your email templates and sequences.

Select account from the top, this is the email account that you have connected earlier from which you want these emails to be sent out.

Once you select an account your signature will also get personalise.

You can edit the campaign , sequences etc. Once you are confirmed with all the settings then simply click on Launch.

Your first email will be sent to the person added manually by you from your connected email account.

You can see this email in your email account sent box as well.

The same campaign can be directly used in chrome extension to directly push people/target decision makers in to your active campaigns.

Once you add a person from chrome extension to a campaign the email goes instantly to that person from your connected email id and will follow the same email sequence pattern that you have defined in your campaign settings.
