Cauliflower “Rice”

Could be fried rice, but is cauliflower.

Ingredients:

  • Butter/olive oil/coconut oil
  • Whole head of cauliflower
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 thumb size piece of ginger
  • Tofu
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • Sriracha sauce (spicy)
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: 1 boiled egg and any vegetable you have in fridge

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Grate cauliflower using cheese grater. Dice red onion, finely chop or grate garlic and ginger.
  2. Add cauliflower and onion to pan on medium heat with oil of choice. Add chopped garlic and ginger.
  3. Qdd pepper to taste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and Sriracha. Mix well. Add tofu and cook for 5 minutes more.
  4. Boil an egg in salted water until soft-boiled and top your dish with it.
