Cauliflower “Rice”

Ingredients:
- Butter/olive oil/coconut oil
- Whole head of cauliflower
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1 thumb size piece of ginger
- Tofu
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Fish sauce
- Sriracha sauce (spicy)
- Black pepper
- Optional: 1 boiled egg and any vegetable you have in fridge
Here’s how to make it:
- Grate cauliflower using cheese grater. Dice red onion, finely chop or grate garlic and ginger.
- Add cauliflower and onion to pan on medium heat with oil of choice. Add chopped garlic and ginger.
- Qdd pepper to taste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and Sriracha. Mix well. Add tofu and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Boil an egg in salted water until soft-boiled and top your dish with it.
