Remember stuffed wine leafes? It’s similar, just with Savoy :)

You’ll need

  • Savoy cabbage 3 big leaves
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • 2–3 cooked potatoes
  • 50g cooked rice
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Here’s how to make it

  1. Start by bringing a mix of 1 part vinegar, 2 parts water and 1⁄2 part of sugar to a boil.
  2. Cook the savoy leaves inside it for 5–8 minutes. Set aside and cool down
  3. Cut the potatoes and tomatoes into 1cmx1cm cubes and mix with thinly sliced onions, salt, pepper and garam masala.
  4. Roll the savoy dolmas with rice, potatoes and top of with roasted sesame seeds.
