Those are brussel sprouts, not brains. Made with Procreate.

Brussel sprouts are killer. Here is a rando that will hit your taste buds.

Do in order. (or don’t)

  1. Preheat oven to 385.
  2. Rinse your nugs.
  3. Cut off the butts.
  4. Cut your nugs in half, then in half again.
  5. Lather in some olive oil, don’t overkill, c’mon now. Just a nice lube.
  6. Black Pepper, onion power, garlic powder, whatever powder you think is good.
  7. Toss on a “not too lubed” baking tray.
  8. After 15 min baking, knock them around a bit, then let bake another 10 min… or until you see some general crispy brown happening. Done.

Sauce time.

9. Pour a little bit (maybe 1/4 cup?) of sweet and sour (or asian type sauce) in a bowl, squirt a little sriracha, sliver of water to thin it, microwave for like 10 seconds (just so you’re not pouring cold stuff on your hot nugs). Then pour over your nugs.

10. Add some parm for deliciousness.
