Koi Ramen (Cary)
My favorite ramen place now. I’ve explored its menu a little, and their seafood ramen and curry ramen are both spectacular! Their karaage is okay, their takoyaki is delectable!
Update: Koi Ramen is no longer including their spicy tomyum ramen on the menu. :(
Noodle Boulevard (Cary)
Hands down high-quality ramen. Sometimes on the saltier side. More expensive than Koi, but consistently good. Under no circumstances should you try their pineapple juice.
Miso Ramen Bar (Cary)
They do the best miso ramen (surprise!). Their other ones are fairly good, but they pale in comparison to the other ramen places around. (Non-miso ramen consumed recently pictured above; their spicy tomato is my fave, not this one)
