EatLove Team Showcase: Meet Katie Regan

In three sentences, here’s some background about myself:

I am a Bay Area native, but decided to branch out and experience winters. For 6 years, I lived in the Indiana and Illinois as I completed my undergrad at Purdue University and then my dietetic internship/MBA at Dominican University. Since then, I have moved back to California to enjoy the mountains and warmer weather.

Here’s what I do for my job at EatLove:

  • Outreach to dietitians in various settings
  • Listen and learn from numerous dietitians
  • Demonstrate EatLove PRO to interested dietitians
  • Consult with dietitians about pricing and packaging of their services
  • Occasionally, some social media and blog posts!

My favorite thing about working for EatLove is…

The team. Everyone is so unbelievably driven by our mission to spread good health around the globe.

Why does food matter?

Food has the ability of bringing family and friends together, while creating lasting traditions. I will forever remember helping my great-grandma Gigi prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Years later my great-grandma’s candied yams remain a staple at my family’s Thanksgivings.

We are able to help individuals reverse the cycle of dieting, and get back to enjoying food. We have been able to share recipes that not only nourish the body, but nourish the soul.
