What is your practice’s niche?

Performance nutrition and real food, non diet approaches to everyday health

What are the top 3 goals you hope to achieve when working with your client with EatLove?

  • Understand HOW MUCH to eat during a day
  • Learn simple, quick recipes that are realistic enough for daily life
  • Have confidence in food decisions being made on a daily basis

How do you package your programs — and incorporate EatLove into your offerings?

I offer monthly meal planning. Clients can either pay per month or as an ongoing subscription.

How do you monetize the service?

I offer EatLove at $25/month. This includes a 20min onboarding Zoom call (with screen share) or meeting. The meetings take place only if already doing a paid consult.

What were you doing before EatLove?

Building less comprehensive meal plans WITH each client based on their needs, cooking skills and pantry/kitchen set up.

How did you incorporate EatLove?

I have used it as an additional a la carte offering for my existing clients and I provide it to my small group coaching clients.

For example, with 15 people in my Endurance Athlete group coaching program, I provide them with 3 weekly pdf copies of 3 different meal plans that have a low, medium and high calorie range.

They then choose the plan that’s as close to their calorie needs as possible. They can use it 100%, use it for recipe inspiration or just look at it as an example of what eating their calorie goal looks like on a daily basis.

How did patients take to the technology? What has been some of the positive feedback you’ve received from clients on EatLove?

It depends on the person. Most people think it’s super simple. My clients get most excited by the option to swap meals to find something that meets their preference and the grocery list!

How has your practice grown since implementing EatLove?

It’s nice to have an additional service, beyond the personal consultations to be able to offer people. A lot of what this is doing is adding to my practice’s credibility and offering something for more people.

What’s been the best thing for your patients since using EatLove?

They have a simple, affordable option to get a more complete picture and layout of exactly what they can do to reach their health, fitness and/or weight goals.

What’s been the best thing for you since incorporating EatLove into your work?

Offering meal planning is nice for me because it used to be something that I simply didn’t offer because it was too difficult for me to build plans from scratch. Using EatLove allows me to build a plan for a client in minutes, which saves me a lot of time!
