Oh what a BBQ!

Many times hard work yields positive results… here’s a wonderful fish BBQ menu which will tantalize your taste buds… everything prepared with the finest ingredients and with sparkling dedication…

To start with: home made sage focaccia served with a sun-dried tomato and basil olive oil

Following… king prawns sauteed in white wine, olive oil, garlic, parsley and lemon and cooked al cartoccio on the BBQ….

What about the grilled squid served with a coriander and chilli sauce…

… and to conclude… the dessert, by the man in the house again, — white chocolate ice cream with dark chocolate coated cherries…
