Cavatelli with broccoli and anchovies

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 400gr cavatelli pasta
  • 1 broccoli
  • 8 anchovy fillets in oil
  • chili pepper
  • garlic
  • olive oil

Very easy. Pour some olive oil in a saucepan, add the crushed garlic, chili pepper and the anchovy fillets. Stir until the anchovies dissolve. In the meantime, boil water for pasta add the broccoli, cut into florets, and after 10 minutes pour in the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain the pasta and broccoli and put into the saucepan mixing well with the garlic and anchovies. Add a ladle of water, you can use some of the remaining drained pasta water, and cook until it evaporates. Dress with some olive oil and chili pepper, depending on your taste.
