Common and John Legend are two well-established musicians who have an influential reach beyond the world of hip-hop. Therefore, it was not too shocking when they took home an award at the Golden Globes for “Best Original Song”. Considering the timing, it is only right that the music video for the inspiring record has been unveiled and the visuals are certainly an accurate representation of the Selma soundtrack standout. The video showcases a variety footage from the Martin Luther King based film and this song proves to be a great collaborative effort between Common & John Legend.
