Michael Christmas has a lot to smile about when looking back on 2015 and to celebrate his numerous achievements, he dropped the aptly named record “Big Ass Smile” on Christmas. Produced by Casper & B, the horn-heavy track has Christmas utilizing an experimental, somewhat off-kilter flow before the feel-good hook (courtesy of Julius) kicks in and “Big Smile” reveals itself as another honest, optimistic song from the proud Boston representative. With tours alongside Logic and Mac Miller under his belt (not to mention a growing catalog of quality music), Christmas’s future should only shine brighter in 2016.
