We’re hiring: Graphic Designer

We are looking for an awesome designer to work closely with our head of marketing to help us grow and shape our brand working from our office in Monterrey, Mexico.

We are looking for a proactive risk taker, comfortable with ambiguity and changes of direction that will take ownership and be a source of inspiration to colleagues.

Someone that is passionate about design and sees “perfection” not as an end goal but as a path :)

Your job and responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and own all marketing collateral — from brochures to sales presentations.
• Manage and evolve our brand and visual identity.
• Maintenance of our website: code + design.
• Company swag & goodies: t-shirts, mugs, stickers, posters…
• Provide resources, guidelines, and templates that empower colleagues to create beautiful brand expressions.
• Be a source of inspiration. Be proactive. Execute beautiful ideas.

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio that speaks for itself.
• Expert use of Illustrator/Photoshop/Indesign. Sketch experience is a bonus.
• Knowledge of typography/iconography/color theory.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Fluent english.

Revamp our landing page. If you already know some HTML and CSS it’s a great bonus. If not, but you’re willing to learn in a fast pace you’re still welcomed.
