The grantees on stage during the ECF Tokyo event

During our big reveal event in Tokyo, the primary goal was to announce the grantees and for them to tell the audience what were their initiatives about.
ECF is committed to aiding these outstanding individuals and their projects.

Only they can communicate best the scope of their work, how it will contribute to the Ethereum ecosystem, and provide more insights on their work and their trajectory so we can continue to support them.

To achieve this, we set up a “podcast room” in the premises, and we asked Evan van Ness, a popular contributor to the space, creator of the newsletter “Week in Ethereum,” who works with Consensys, to be the host of the ECF Podcast in Tokyo.

Evan and the grantees had some time to chat and engaged in fruitful discussion, as well as describing the work they are doing. Here’s the final product — five episodes in a row of our ECF podcast featuring each of the grantees.

Reality Keys’ Edmund Edgar:

Josh Stark representing Ethprize:

Matt Condon and Mykel Pereira from XLNT:

Luca, Senga and Shingo from Swingby protocol:

Prysmatic Labs’ Raul and Terrence:

We are indeed going to binge-listen to the five episodes, hope you enjoy them too!

We would also love to hear your questions and will make sure the grantees jump in to answer them, so please comment on this blog post!
