What is a business ecosystem?
A business ecosystem is the network of organizations – including suppliers, distributors, customers, competitors, government agencies, and so on – involved in the delivery of a specific product or service through both competition and cooperation. Source

How does ecomap.io work?
Get inspired and explore existing ecosystem maps:
- Digital health market
- 13 automotive companies that own 40 car brands
- Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystem
Create your own ecosystem map by searching for stakeholders, dragging them onto the board and connecting them by grouping or by individual relationship lines.
Can’t find a stakeholder I want to show in the ecomap, what shall I do?
You can add stakeholders (can be an organisation, association, brand etc) to the library and to ecomaps in two ways:
- You click on the plus icon in the left hand navigation
- You add the name of the stakeholders to the search and then you will see a button called “Click here to create a new stakeholder”
Can I create ecomaps for free? How many ecomaps can I create?
Yes, you can create up to three ecosystem maps for free, just sign in and click on the board with a star to create a new board. If you want to create more than three boards or create private ecosystem maps, you can subscribe for premium.
