ECOMI was recently invited back to participate in the RISE Beta track this year at the RISE conference in Hong Kong- Asia’s largest tech conference. With more than 16,000 attendees, 700+ journalists and more than 350 speakers from companies around the world, RISE offers the best and most targeted opportunities to exhibit new and exciting products.

RISE conference grows year on year to exhibit the latest technologies.

David Yu (CEO) and Dan Crothers (COO) exhibited on Wednesday the 10th of July and ECOMI proved very popular amongst attendees and investors alike. With a full day off showing off the Secure Wallet, as well as the Collect ecosystem,

“RISE offers great exposure for emerging businesses like ECOMI. Most encouraging was people’s reaction to Collect and the dawning of this new industry”

“We were extremely busy and made new high-level connections. We’re looking forward to the partnerships they could bring about.”

— David Yu, CEO

RISE has become the key tech event of the year in Asia. As such, the key proponents of events like RISE are in networking opportunities, exposure to investors, and the possibilities to form new and exciting partnerships around the world.

Over the past 12 months (since our first visit to RISE) we are proud and happy to report that awareness of ECOMI has increased quite dramatically. Our education about digital collectibles and NFT’s is coming to fruition, and there was an incredible amount of excitement for the upcoming launch of Collect.

“We also have to make a shout out to ECOMI super fan Stefano Korporatio- we appreciate your support and thank you for coming to visit!”

— David Yu

We are also happy to report that the number of people who are aware of distributed ledger technologies, and more particularly the digital collectibles and non-fungible token space has increased alongside our exposure in the industry. However, the opportunities don’t just stop with the end of the day at RISE.

Following the event, Dan and David were invited to the very exclusive Amazon Web Services (AWS) meet, as well as the Blockchain Game Changers Event. Whilst the AWS event is based more around product sales and retail distribution, it was the Game Changers Event that saw a lot of recognition for ECOMI and our influence over the NFT space.

The game-changers event is invite-only and hosts ‘seasoned blockchain and digital assets players to provide insights on this movement and how they are accelerating in this sector.’

“It was a privilege to be invited to the event, people are very aware of us (ECOMI) and what we are creating with NFT’s. There was a lot of energy and it was great to show off our ecosystem, I really enjoyed it!”

— David Yu

Following RISE, David and Dan have both flown to New York to touch base with Alfred Kahn, our head of licensing. From here David will also continue on to London to continue to establish new partnerships, visit with advisors, and maintain our existing relationships.
