Are you ready for your first look at the VE-VE app? Following on from absolutely mega announcements, VE-VE is gearing up to bring you some truly incredible digital collectibles of characters that you already know and love. In this preview, we wanted to show you a bit more of what to expect to see when the app launches, and remind you of some of the incredible features of VE-VE.
The Home of Digital Collectibles
As this is your first real look at the layout of VE-VE, we’ll walk you through a few things. The first thing to take note of is that there are 5 main options which are accessible after you log in (you can also access these using the menu bar at the bottom of the screen). These include:
1. VE-VE Store
Browse through your favorite characters and brands, and discover new ones! You can also take advantage of our featured section, personalized recommendations based on your interests, or stay up to date with the latest drops. Remember, there will be a regular drop day where we release new digital collectibles.
You can also select the digital collectible you would like to know more about. Each tile will give you more detail about it, its rarity, the ‘buy now’ price in Gems, and plenty of other options like commenting and sharing. Then you get to have fun with them in the Showroom!
2. Digital Collectible Showroom
The Showroom and augmented reality features are what truly sets VE-VE apart. Not only does it give you the option to display and share your collectibles- an imperative in the physical collectible world- it also lets you customize and create your own personal space!
With joystick-like mobility, you get to decide where to place your collectibles, how you want them to appear, what size they are and so on. There are many plans for the AR Showrooms, but for now, that’s all we can reveal. However, we can tell you that after you’ve created your Showroom you can use our built-in screen capture to take snapshots of your collection and share them with friends!
However- the digital collectible Showroom isn’t your only augmented reality option! You can place your digital collectibles in your real-world surroundings too. Whether that be on your desk or scattered around your bedroom, VE-VE can detect and pin collectibles to your surroundings, and gives you even more customization.
3. Social Feed
Being able to display and customize your collections is one thing, but being able to share them is the whole point! With our inbuilt social feed, you can:
- Display your own digital collectible Showrooms, sets, and screenshots
- Check out other collectors on the platform, see their collections, and make new connections
- Complete your sets and check out other collector’s profiles
- Get in touch with other collectors to complete your sets, or help them to complete theirs!
4. Access the VE-VE Marketplace
This is where VE-VE truly comes into its own. Once you own a digital collectible on the platform, it is yours. That means you can use it, display it, or sell it!
The second hand/peer to peer marketplace within the app works like a digital collectible eBay. That is, you can:
- Browse items for sale, browse brands and check out new listings
- Place your items up for auction, and set your price
- Create digital collectible ‘watch lists’
- Place bids to win other digital collectibles, complete your sets and level up your collector ranking!
5. Account
The account section is your home base. This gives you all the information about your account (name, collectibles, sets, etc…) as well as access/information about your wallets. From here you can also top up your Gem or OMI balances, update your details, and more.
