Please Stop Calling Me, A Text Will Do
Have you ever gotten an unexpected phone call that could’ve waited or have been sent via email? Yeah, we’ve all been annoyed by that one person who hates texting so they just call everyone but gets offended when you send them to voicemail.
Please make it make sense
I do understand that some things do require a phone call. Some meetings need to take place over the phone but please people let’s get it together so we can manage our time a little better. If you’re not looking for an immediate answer then shoot me a text. If it’s something that can wait and isn’t life or death…you guessed it, text me.
All those chatty folks out there with nothing better to do than sit on the phone and take up an hour of peoples time just to satisfy their boredom need to find a group chat full of people with time on their hands. I’m kidding, but at the same time serious as hell!
It’s nice to talk to family, friends, significant others but if you know I’m working then that call to help you with your smart phone or some other remedial task can wait.
Shoot me a text so I can determine whether or not I have time to actually help you out now or make plans to do it later. I swear it’s all love but please, for all those people out here who love to talk on the phone at the expense of others, let us live in peace.
