In this blog, you will learn about the tips for submitting your blogs to the “Ed-Tech Talks” publication.

Ed-Tech Talks is a community of people who are deeply passionate about life-long learning. We believe education is crucial to a fulfilling life, and technology is one of the best media to make it accessible, affordable and scalable universally.

Ed-Tech Talks, the Medium publication, is a one-stop place for us to share everything related to the education technology sector. We cover everything about education, design and technology here, be it products, research, innovations, problems, and potential in the ed-tech industry. So, if you have anything exciting in Ed-Tech to share with the world, drop a message now!

Here are some tips before submitting your blogs to us:

Title:

  1. Keep it concise and try to make it relevant to the reader. A strong title is the most important for getting the audience’s attention.
  2. Add a subtitle to share the key message of your blog.

Structure:

  1. Add at least one personal story related to your blog. This would help you connect with the reader.
  2. Add at least one image related to the article, which can also be used as the cover image. If you don’t have a custom image to add, try free stock photo websites like Pexels, Burst, Stocks, Unsplash, or Pixabay. Give credits to the image source in the following format (Image Credits: Source name). Add Alt Text to every image in your article to make it accessible for all readers.
  3. Fix the grammar or spelling error by reviewing your article on Grammarly, Word Editor or Google Docs.

Submission:

  1. If you are a writer for the publication, go to the ellipsis menu again and select “Add to Publication > Ed Tech Talks”. You can also follow Medium instructions to submit.
  2. If you are not yet the writer, please reach out to us with the link to your article.
  3. After Submission, Ed-Tech Talks will review your blog, edit it (if needed) and then publish it within the next few days. Medium will notify you when it’s live.
