Change of Curators

I stepped down as a curator for The DAO Edge Case Multisig Post Hard Fork. Alexey Akhunov, an active member of the DAO community joined the muiltisig instead.

He has been deploying all the withdraw contracts for the DAOs and has been coordinating the Child DAO Community for testing and debugging contracts, and will take over from now.
