The Problem Statement

Managing a hotel during a continuous back-to-back event schedule is crucial for both the hotel management and the organizers. Each spot of the venue has to be ready before the event commences and vacated after it ends ready to be set-up again. This has to be accurate with minimum chances of error.

The Solution

In order for the hotel staff and the technicians to be ready with timely help in tune with the event schedule, eDOT adopted a proactive approach by sharing with them the schedule of events for the current day, the day before, and 2 days after. Not just this, it also shares the details of the organizers, the technical and logistical requirements for the event, and every other detail that would be needed. Once a set-up is completed, the user has the option to mark it as ‘done’ or otherwise colour indicators would share alerts 1 hour prior to the event. We didn’t stop here as we made the app workable offline as well.
