Running a smoothly executed event is no easy task. Unforeseen circumstances easily hamper the flow — connectivity, temperature control, sound settings and echo — and lead to on-the-spot decisions which further deteriorate the overall execution. What makes the problem worse is the time lag in reporting and resolving issues.

The Solution

The ideal solution to such situations is a real-time issue reporting and resolving app. eDOT developed an app that not only allows event organizers to request for real-time support but also lets all the stakeholders communicate with each other via SMS, mails, and in-app notifications. The app provides quick access to report issues and request help using buttons that are configurable via an admin module while tracking the time required to resolve the issue.
