The Problem Statement

The industry needs skilled and knowledgeable professionals who can provide authentic and comprehensive information to tourists visiting the state of Goa. A grading system was deemed necessary to award well-informed professionals who would in turn use this certificate to market and earn profits.

The Solution

The ‘Goa Expert’ program is an interactive learning experience designed to improve one’s knowledge of Goa and equip one with the skills to promote Goa as a well-deserved tourist destination; in essence, one becomes an expert on Goan tourism, thus giving the much-needed boost to improve the level of service provided to the clients. The program is divided into three graded levels: ‘Discover’, ‘Explore’ and ‘Experience’, the completion of each entitles one to a ‘Goa Expert’ corresponding Level Certificate which can be printed.
