Looking back at the last six weeks and the only word that keeps coming to mind is SUPER AWESOME! Its been an amazing six weeks learning about the different aspects of entrepreneurship especially in emerging markets.

Entrepreneurship is a term that is often misunderstood with business ownership. Many times its looked at as one and the same and yet as much as they are closely related, they are different. I always thought that any business owner was an entrepreneur which is not quite true, business owners can develop businesses from an entrepreneurs brilliant idea.

Entrepreneurs think big, are visionary in nature and develop creative solutions to everyday problems. A very good example would be Google concept as a search engine. This was a creative idea that allows anyone in the world to have access to numerous resources at the click of a button. This idea revolutionized the idea of having actual books and a library where people can obtain information when needed. This has now been made simpler by having information available online.

This course has unlocked my mind on the different aspects of entrepreneurship from problem identification, finding solutions, finding and selecting the right people to growing the enterprise to sustainability and scalability. My view on entrepreneurship has changed totally and more so for the better. Even as i position myself and develop my entrepreneurial skills, key points from the course will guide my every step.
