This week has been very interesting and has unlocked my mind to the types of people we need for our businesses to succeed. Its not only about the types but also the fact that they need to right. When choosing people to work with one has to be very keen on who they bring on baord. Its very important to know your capabilities and how they people who come in will compliment you.

People are thus an important resource for any enterprise to succeed. One can have a great plan and probably the best start up idea but if the right people are not in place to implement the great idea then the success to the company would be at stake.
