Leading a team of 14 for an Indiegogo campaign for developer product: PlutoX. The project involved:
- Product Marketing
- Brand Strategy
- Lead Generation
- Sales through Digital Marketing
- Public Relations
- Community Management & Content Creation

Key Product Features

After qualitative and quantitative research with hundreds of external developers, conversations with founders on brand alignment and close coordination with the Product & Development team, these were the features identified for promotion:

  1. Unbreakable
  2. Open source
  3. Plug-n-play hardware
  4. Agile and easy software development
  5. Attachable camera with image processing

Result: Fully funded Indiegogo campaign

  1. Most funded campaign for a developer product (targeted at adult developers). Key product offering: opening drones to experiments
  2. User-generated drone innovation: PlutoX rover added as a perk during the campaign
