An interview for a job we seek to take, is something that most of us want, however few manage to succeed either in being called for one or, in standing out when they reach that point.
The truth is that -like most things in life- being above good in an interview is also something that we acquire significantly and conquer through effort. The key here is:
PREPARATION! PREPARATION! PREPARATION!
As Benjamin Franklin said, ‘’By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail!’’

So, follow that first and most important tip: 1. Prepare! This means that you have to search everything around the company, the industry and the position you are applying for. These information when put into the answers you give according to the questions asked by the recruiter will give you many points. Also prepare yourself in other ways. Find the questions that are asked frequently and work on them, as well as on those that you find more difficult.

More tips that will help you stand out are the above:
2. Exercise! Work on your voice and the speed with which you speak. Try not to talk too fast or too slow, and not too high or too low in volume.
3. Give relatively short and to the point answers! Do not talk too much, as it will definitely make you refer to non-relevant staff that do not really matter and may disorient the other part.
4. Pay attention to the details! Things such as clothes, gestures and the things you will ask back when it is your turn to address the recruiter are those that will certainly make a difference in his/her mind even unconsiously.
5. Do not stress extremely and make clever twists at the things that may stress you! It is almost certain that we cannot reach the aboslutely excellent result, given the fact that no matter the experience, when you want something very much and there is such a process invlolved, you will undergo some amount of stress. Especially young people. Be prepared for the fact that there will exist something which you will not know or will block you. The important thing is to handle that moment and respond in a clever or creative way!
